However, beyond its vibrant theaters and scenic beauty lies a diverse culinary landscape that promises to tantalize the taste buds of visitors and locals alike. Local Flavor Branson - Ozark Homestyle Cooking

No trip to Branson is complete without a meal at Local Flavor! With a menu focused on classics like Hand-Breaded Country Fried Steak, Onion Rings, the 'Oh Cheesus' (A Burger between two grilled cheeses), and home-made desserts, Local Flavor dishes up a meal worth bringing the family together around the table. To many, this isn't just a restaurant stop, this is like a second home. Michelle Brashear, the owner, is someone who goes out of her way to make sure you enjoy your time in her home. Local Flavor has received rave reviews and has won the 'Best of Branson' awards for 3 consecutive years. If you are lucky you might even catch some of their local live entertainment (select nights). Dinner and free entertainment.. its a no brainer! Give them a try! You won't be disappointed.

Summit Restaurant - Local, Fresh, Cooked-to-Order

Owned by two College of the Ozark Graduates, Summit Restaurant offers a relaxed atmosphere where everything is cooked to order. Their mid-scale dining experience features the full menu served all day including their fresh-baked biscuits and gravy... literally baked to order... and their local steaks which some say are the best in town! Summit is located in Historic Downtown Branson on the edge of Commercial st.

Cakes-n-Creams 50's Diner - A Branson Traditional

Step back in time and experience the charm of a bygone era. Cakes n' Creams 50s Diner is family owned business and has been open for 43 years and captures the essence of 1950s Americana, offering more than just a meal – it's a journey into nostalgia. As you step through the doors of Cakes n' Creams, you are transported to a time when poodle skirts, jukeboxes, and soda fountains reigned supreme. The diner's vibrant retro decor, complete with neon lights, vintage posters, and checkered floors, creates an ambiance that is both inviting and nostalgic. Whether you're craving a juicy cheeseburger, a refreshing root beer float, or a slice of homemade pie, Cakes n' Creams has something to satisfy

Branson isn't just known for its beauty, live shows, or attractions, there are some great restaurants to check out. We believe these three restaurants are a must if you want to experience great food, great service, and a unique atmosphere.
